HOW DOES A VIRTUAL DOCTOR VISIT HAPPEN?
You will receive a message and a notification from your doctor or their office notifying the appointment time. You can also find your upcoming appointment on the ChatWellMD home page.
You will receive a call from your concierge doctor at the time of their appointment.
If the physician is running behind they may message you within the ChatWellMD app.

VIRTUAL VISITS ARE 100% CONFIDENTIAL - we take privacy very seriously. Your visit with the doctor is confidential and HIPAA compliant.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE VIRTUAL VISIT?
Your concierge physician can send care-instructions (related to medication, health-tips, exercise routines, etc.) via the app’s secure messaging system.
You can also post your follow-up questions, doubts, or seek clarification on any medical matter by replying to the message sent by the doctor.
